2020 Festival Schedule

WMFF is more than your typical film festival. In 2020 we selected 84 films from around the globe, and focus on connecting athletes, adventurers, artists, scientists, and changemakers with the community.

Despite having an exciting in-person festival planned back in March the COVID-19 Pandemic made other plans. Since we can’t meet in person this year, Our team has put together a fun and engaging virtual festival. As a result, our schedule will look a bit different this year than it has in years past.

  • Opening Ceremonies

  • Film Screenings

  • Panel Discussions

  • Awards Ceremony

Opening Ceremonies

Join us on September 21’st for a fun evening to usher in the 2020 Wasatch Mountain Film Festival.

Film Screenings

At WMFF we screen a lot of films. Some film selections are as short as two or three minutes while others are full feature-length. To make it easy for you to choose which films you want to watch, we curate groups of films that we call film blocks. This year we have 12 film blocks jam-packed with diverse and exciting films for you to explore.

Because we are going virtual for 2020 we wanted to make it as easy to watch all the films you want at your own pace. That’s why all of this year’s film blocks can be attended at any time during the festival. This way you can enjoy WMFF at your own pace. Are you ready to check out this year’s film blocks?

Panel Discussions

Wednesday through Saturday we plan of having multiple panel discussions and encourage all ticket and pass holders to attend.
